(3) air.If there is gas in the hydraulic oil line, when the bubble overflow, it will impact the tube wall and components to form cavitation, so that the system can not work normally, a little longer will lead to component damage.

(4)Oxidized products.The working temperature of general mechanical hydraulic oil is 30 ~ 80℃, the life of hydraulic oil is closely related to its working temperature.When the working oil temperature exceeds 60℃, the service life of the oil will be halved for every 8℃ increase, that is, the service life of the oil at 90℃ is about IO% of the oil at 60℃, because the oil is oxidized.Oxygen and oil hydrocarbons in reaction, make the oil oxidation, color black, viscosity rise slowly, and then could be seriously to oxide can't dissolve in oil, with brown mucous layer deposition somewhere in the system, easy to plug components of the control oil duct, make the ball bearing, valve core, such as hydraulic pump piston wear, affect normal operation of system.Oxidation will also produce corrosive acid, and the oxidation process starts slowly. When a certain stage is reached, the oxidation speed will suddenly accelerate, and the viscosity will suddenly rise, resulting in higher temperature of working oil, rapid oxidation process, accumulated precipitation and acid content will be more, and then make the oil can no longer be used.

(5)Reactants.Physicochemical reactants may cause changes in the chemical properties of oil products.Solvents and surface active compounds can corrode the genus and degrade the oil.
