Hydraulic gear pump fault repair
  With the growth of the use of time, hydraulic system in the gear pump will pump oil shortage, or even do not pump oil fault, the main reason is that the relevant parts wear too much.Gear pump wear parts mainly drive shaft and bushing, passive gear center hole and shaft pin, pump shell cavity and gear, gear end face and pump cover.If the main technical indexes of lubricating oil pump fail to meet the requirements after wear, it shall be disassembled and decomposed, the worn parts and degree shall be found out, and corresponding measures shall be taken to repair.Together with the hydraulic system manufacturers to see!

1.Repair after driving shaft and bushing wear
  Gear pump drive shaft and bushing wear, with the increase in clearance, will affect the pump oil.In this case, can be used to repair the shaft or bushing method to restore its normal fit clearance.If the drive shaft wear slightly, just press out the old bushing and replace it with the standard size bushing, the clearance can be restored to the allowed range.If the driving shaft and bushing wear seriously and fit clearance exceeds bid seriously, not only should the bushing be replaced, but the driving shaft also applies chrome plating or vibration surfacing method to increase its diameter, and then grinding to the standard size, to restore the matching requirements with bushing.

2.hydraulic gear pump
  Repair the crack in the shell of lubricating oil pump: the crack in the shell can be repaired with cast 508 nickel copper welding rod.The weld shall be close with pores and the flatness error of the joint surface with the pump cover shall not be greater than 0.05 mm.
Repair of wear of driving axle bushing hole and driven axle bushing hole: after the driving axle bushing hole is worn out, the wear mark can be eliminated by means of hinge cutting, and then the bushing can be enlarged to the corresponding size.The wear marks of driven axle hole are also eliminated by means of hinge cutting, and then the driven axle shaft is prepared according to the actual size of the hinge hole.
  Pump casing cavity repair: after the pump casing cavity wear, the general use of the cavity insert sleeve method repair, the cavity lining with cast iron or steel liner.Insert sleeve, the inner cavity lining to the required size, and out of the end of the bushing to grind, so that it and the pump housing combined surface level.
  Repair of seat: pressure limiting valve ball valve and plunger valve two.After the ball seat is worn out, a ball may be placed on the seat and the ball may be lightly struck with a metal bar until the ball valve is tightly sealed against the seat.If the seat is badly worn, the wear marks can be removed by hinge cutting before using the method of sealing.After the plunger seat has been worn out, a little valve sand can be put in to grind until it is tightly closed.

3. Repair of pump cover
  Repair of the working surface: if the working surface of the pump cover wears less, the manual grinding method can be used to eliminate the wear marks, that is, put a little valve sand on the platform or thick glass plate, and then put the pump cover on it for grinding, until the wear marks are eliminated and the working surface is smooth.When the pump cover working surface wear depth of more than 0.1 mm, should take the first turning after grinding repair.
  Repair of active axle bushing hole: the repair of active axle bushing hole wear on the pump cover is the same as the repair of active axle bushing hole wear on the housing.

4.Turn over use of ge
  Gear pump gear wear is mainly in the tooth thick position, and gear end face and tooth tip wear are relatively light.Gear in the tooth thickness part is unilateral wear, so the gear can be turned 180 degrees for use.When the gear end face is worn, the end face can be ground, and at the same time, the lubricating oil pump housing joint face is ground to ensure that the clearance between the gear end face and the pump cover is within the standard range.
