Installation Method Of Internal Gear Pump
1. Detailed inspection of all parts shall meet the corresponding standards.
2. The verticality of the two end faces of the gear and the center line of the shaft, and the parallelism of the two end faces of the gear should be in good meshing condition of the internal gear pump.
3. The shaft diameter should meet the technical requirements, and the coaxiality of the shaft sleeve or bearing and the shaft diameter is qualified.
4. The gear end clearance should be adjusted properly.
5. When fastening the end bolt, the force should be symmetrical and uniform;Side tight side disk moving rotor.If it is stuck, loosen the bolt and tighten it again.
6. When packing the gland, it is necessary to tighten the rotor with the edge plate, and not too tight.
Matters needing attention:
1. The connection between the driving shaft of the electric pump and the motor shaft is made of elastic coupling or chain coupling.
2. The pump drive shaft can not bear any radial vertical force, belt, chain, gear and other lateral drive mode is prohibited to use.
3. The bottom plate strength should be enough, not for a long time, the bottom plate of the pump is soft, resulting in the misalignment of the motor and the pump, and the damage to the pump.
