- Pump body: the inlet of the pump body has an increased negative pressure chamber, which improves the self-priming capacity of the pump.
- Sealing: the form is skeleton oil seal, the material is chlorinated polyether plastic corrosion resistance.
- Bearing: graphite bearing, self-lubricating material, chemical stability, corrosion resistance, can be applied to poor lubricity of the medium.
- Shaft: the material is 40Cr, hard chromium plating on the shoulder of the shaft, improve the corrosion resistance of the part, reduce the surface roughness and friction coefficient.
- Gear: material selection of nylon 1010 or copper gear, gear friction, collision does not produce sparks, can prevent ignition of flammable media.
