    Description

    Introduction

    WL series vertical sewage pumps are the second-generation new products developed on the basis of the original vertical sewage pumps. They feature a non-clogging pump body and impeller, and are equipped with a vertical motor. The pump and motor are directly connected, making them suitable for installation in dry pump rooms. They have the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, high efficiency, safety, reliability, and long service life. They have unique superiority in pumping sewage containing solid matter and long fibers. It is recommended that users configure the electric control cabinet and liquid level float switch specially developed by our company. This not only enables automatic control but also ensures the safe and reliable operation of the motor.


    Working Conditions

    1. The medium temperature should not exceed 80℃, the ambient temperature should not exceed 40℃, the medium density should be ≤ 1050 kg/m³, and the pH value should be within the range of 5 to 9.

    2. It should not exceed the minimum operating liquid level.

    3. The main components of the pump are made of cast iron or ductile iron, so they cannot be used to pump strong corrosive liquids or media containing strong corrosive solid particles.

    4. The diameter of solid substances in the medium should not be greater than 80% of the minimum size of the flow channel.


    Application

    WL series  vertical sewage pumps are mainly used in municipal engineering, building construction, industrial sewage discharge and sewage treatment. They can be used to discharge sewage, wastewater, rainwater and urban sewage containing solid particles and various long fibers.
