YGW series pipeline sewage pumps can be used to convey liquids containing suspended particles and fibrous impurities. Feature
1.·The pump is of a vertical structure. The inlet and outlet diameters are the same and are located on the same central line. It can be installed in the pipeline just like a valve.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor. It has a short axial dimension, a compact and aesthetically pleasing structure, occupies a small area, requires low construction costs, and can be used outdoors with the addition of a protective cover.
3. The pump and motor bearings are properly configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated during the pump's operation. This ensures the smooth operation of the pump with low vibration and low noise.
4. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals. It uses imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals and hard alloy materials. The wear-resistant seal can effectively extend the service life.
5. Installation and maintenance are convenient. There is no need to disassemble the pipeline system. All the rotor components can be withdrawn simply by removing the pump coupling seat nut.
The motor is fully enclosed and air-cooled.
The protection level is IP55. The insulation class is F.
The standard voltage is 50Hz: 3x380V.
